Poly-Tech America's Limited Lifetime Warranty

If any Poly-Tech America-manufactured product purchased directly from Poly-Tech America or an authorized dealer fails to perform as intended due to wear or workmanship, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Poly-Tech America with the shipping costs prepaid. Once we receive the product, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace it for as long as you own it.

This warranty does not apply to:

  1. Abuse
  2. Alterations not compliant with Poly-Tech Americaā€™s instructions
  3. Misuse of the product

This warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product, at Poly-Tech Americaā€™s discretion. It does not cover incidental or consequential commercial damages of any kind.

This warranty is exclusive, and Poly-Tech America makes no other warrantiesā€”expressed or impliedā€”regarding the products it manufactures or sells. Specifically, Poly-Tech America disclaims any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. No distributor, agent, employee, or representative of Poly-Tech America is authorized to alter this warranty in any way.

Poly-Tech Americaā€™s Limited Lifetime Warranty also remains in effect when the product is used with equipment from other manufacturers.

Poly-Tech America's Shipping Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to assume responsibility for any additional shipping charges related to freight services. Additional fees may also apply for residential or inside deliveries, as determined by the carrierā€™s policies.

  • Stock items typically ship within 3-7 business days.
  • Custom items are made to order and generally ship within 2-4 weeks.

Poly-Tech America's Merchandise Return Policy

  1. Products cannot be returned after 60 days from the invoice date.
  2. Custom-designed mounting solutions are non-returnable.
  3. Custom orders and specialty-manufactured products are not eligible for return.
  4. All returns require an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and form provided by Poly-Tech America. Credit will not be issued if the return process is not followed.
  5. Returned items must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund.
  6. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    4. Enter shipping information. Select NEXT
    5. Review your Order Info
    6. Select Quote Generator/Purchase Order Purchases
    7. Check email for quote, our W-9 and supporting documents
    8. Follow steps in email to complete placing order
